If you have received a merit-based (academic, athletic, talent, etc.) scholarship from a college, please fill out this google form so we may honor you that night. Information that is not documented on this form will NOT be included in the recognition program on 5/13. You must upload all documentation by 5/1. Class of 2025 Scholarship Report Form Final Graduation Participation Guidelines CAP/Gowns order- Cap & Gown with Tassel Only (REPEAT): Caps and gowns - students who need assistance with purchase: Some students have requested assistance with Cap/Gown purchase. We're reaching out to past graduates to use cap/gowns to help students in need. Families may also contact Jostens to set up a payment plan to purchase their gowns. Honor graduates will be contacted by April 1. If you do not get a notice of being an honors grad, please contact Carlos.Chicas@fayar.net for review. Requirements are: 3.0 GPA, 75 hours of community service or community service learning credit 7th semester or later, No more than 2 replacement grades PROM Prom will be May 3rd at the Fayetteville Town Center 8:30 -11:30 Tickets are $25 Ticket Sales - April 16-May 2 **FOR JUNIORS AND SENIORS ONLY** Prom is May 3rd this year, and it is time to make your Glass Slipper appointments! Please check your school email account for an invitation to schedule an appointment. If you do not receive an invitation but need assistance with prom attire, please contact Kim Buck, FHS school social worker, at: kimberly.buck@fayar.net. The Black Tie is the partner PTSO program that assists with suits and formal wear for prom, so assistance is available for all.

WORLD PREMIERE OF ALLPS Video Anthem 9:30=11: Students partnered with Walton Arts Center professionals to create an anthem with original lyrics, songs, dances, etc. A premiere of this event will be held as an all-school event in ALLPS cafe. Red Carpet walks by students with media interviews to follow. Families are welcome to attend the celebration. This is a big deal for our school and students. We would love your support
